Our abilities may peak much earlier than we thought.

Researchers observed more than 3,300 subjects between the ages of 16 and 44 as they played a real-time strategy video game and noted that those older than 24 experienced a “significant performance deficit” compared to their younger peers. What can we make of this apparent cognitive deficit?
