Mom and Dad recommend:
Dan recommends “spaghetti with eggs.” Here is the recipe: Boil some spaghetti. Meanwhile, sauté some garlic (and maybe a shallot?????) in a decent amount of olive oil. When the garlic is golden, crack 2–3 eggs in the oil. Drain the pasta (save a little water). When the egg whites are solid toss the oil/garlic/eggs with the hot pasta. (The noodles will finish cooking the yolks.) Add a shitload of parmesan cheese and, if it’s a little gummy, a tiny bit of pasta water. A sprinkle of dried herbs? Sure.
Allison recommends taking a vacation or just getting together for a long weekend with your O.F. (original family) and without your spouse and children.
