Slate is looking for a blogger for Brow Beat, our blog dedicated to movies, music, TV, books, and all things popular culture. Applicants should be voracious consumers of culture high and low, as comfortable offering smart, surprising commentary on the latest from Terrence Malick as they are on the latest from George R.R. Martin. Blogging experience is a big plus, ability to deliver fast, clean, snappy copy a requirement. This is a contract position.
Send a cover letter and résumé to firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, Aug. 5.
