Chatterbox yields to no one in his passionate commitment to historic preservation. But he draws the line at future schoolchildren being escorted past the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and … the president’s dried spunk. He doesn’t even think the dress should be quartered for scholars at the National Archives annex in College Park, Maryland. A reasonable compromise might be to stash it somewhere at the National Institutes of Health campus in Bethesda, where future generations of doctors can examine whether there’s a chemical basis for sexual addiction. But Chatterbox, who’s always thought the blue dress was a bit of a red herring (see “Follow the Semen“), prefers that it be returned to Monica Lewinsky.
