Look, as the Washington punditocracy loves to say--it's the perfect attention-getting device, far more persuasive than, say, "listen here", or "now I'm gonna flap my lips a little bit"--if we take Newt at his word (an adventurous pastime, I'll admit) about Madeline Albright, it's a tribute to how far this society has gone towards show-business values that even the Palestinians need agents. I remember the days when all you needed were a publicist and a lawyer.
