Cucumbers have a tendency to get soggy, and that’s a problem if you want to put them in salads, soups, or dips. Luckily, it’s easy to keep their sogginess in check—and it’s actually kind of fun to do it.
There’s only one thing you can’t do with cucumbers after you seed them—unless you’re willing to get a little creative.
