Does the Earth Really Have a “Hum”?

Yes, but probably not the one you’re thinking.

Does the Earth have a hum? Many people claim they hear one, from Taos, N.M. to Bristol, England, and theories have included industrial excess and mind-control experiments. But researchers on the ground have long been skeptical.

Still, as the video above shows, the Earth does have at least one innate hum—we just might not be able to hear it.
