In an April 3 “Bad Astronomy” blog post, Phil Plait mistakenly referred to a hydroxyl molecule as "OH-" but the molecule is in fact not negatively charged. 

Due to an editing error, an April 3 "Future Tense" blog post discussing the book Fatal Flaws, by Jay Ingram, linked to another book also called Fatal Flaws.

Due to an editing error, an April 3 "XX Factor" blog post by Alyssa Rosenberg referred to a production of Romeo and Juliet as “race-blind.” In fact, the casting of Juliet was race-blind, but the subsequent casting of her family was not.

In an April 2 "Slatest" blog post, Abby Ohlheiser misspelled Tucson, the Arizona city where the 1970 Pioneer Hotel fire occurred.

In an April 1 “Human Nature,” William Saletan wrote that “mental fitness wasn’t part of the protocol” at the store where Jared Loughner bought his Glock pistol. Although the ATF form signed by Loughner focuses on criminal behavior, it also asks whether the buyer has ever been institutionalized or declared incompetent to manage his own affairs. Neither of these red flags applied to Loughner.

In an April 1 "XX Factor" blog post, Amanda Marcotte stated that the writer Grace Adams published an anti-feminist essay in the Atlantic in 1939. The essay was published in the North American Review.

In the March 27 "Behold" blog post, David Rosenberg described Roger Minick's "Sightseer" series as "Sightseers."

In a March 25 “Crime” blog post, Justin Peters originally wrote that Matthew Keys facilitated the defacement of a story on the Los Angeles Times website. The post has been corrected to say that Keys is alleged to have facilitated the defacement.
