Supreme Court Dispatch: Arguing Assisted Suicide
The U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments Wednesday on Oregon's assisted suicide law. The Bush administration has argued the Oregon law, which allows doctors to prescribe medication to assist some suicides, violates federal law because the prescriptions are federally controlled substances.
